You reach the apartment on the upper 3rd floor with a lift. Your accommodation includes 1 air-conditioned (hot / cold) bedroom and 1 bedroom with ceiling fan, both with access to the balcony and views of the pool area to the mountains. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and the air-conditioned living-dining room and kitchen opens onto the large terrace facing the sea with a brick BBQ grill and fantastic sea views. The beautiful bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and can be opened or closed by sliding elements. The beautiful large pool area offers outdoor showers and a snack bar. The apartment is located only 2.5m from Denia. Restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Bus stop right outside the door. Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which merges at the height of the district Las Rotas in rock and stone coast. For hikers is the nature reserve Montgó named after the homonymous mountain Denias with 753 m altitude, a typical layer of mountain that stands lonely in the sky and runs out in the Cabo de San Antonio.
