Quiet and sunny residential area. It is only a few minutes by car to the kilometer-long beach. There are numerous shops and restaurants just a few minutes' drive from the property. The distance to Denia center is only 12 km. The marina and the old town of Denia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Els Poblets is located in the north of the Marina Alta region and belongs to the next larger city of Alicante. It is located near the mountains and on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. But not only the location, but also the mild climate attract visitors from all over Europe to the small village every year.

Denia - Els Poblets is connected to the two airports Alicante and Valencia by the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway with a journey time of approx. 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332. From Denia there are ferries to the Balearic islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca. The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar.
