Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this spacious villa, built in 1999, on a plot of almost 1100 m² with a beautiful natural garden. If you arrive by car, the driveway has space for two cars, and you continue up a few steps through the well-kept garden up to the pool terrace and the entrance to the house. On this level there is a large hot/cold air-conditioned dining room with adjoining open plan kitchen, a bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning, a study, a bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. An internal staircase leads up to the upper floor and the hot/cold air-conditioned living room with 3 double windows offering views over the Segaria mountains and the sea. There is a stone fireplace with a cassette wood stove and a German/Spanish smart TV. There is also the second hot/cold air-conditioned bedroom en-suite (with toilet and bathtub with shower attachment). Double doors lead from the living room onto a naya, a partially enclosed terrace surrounded by small walls, perfect for enjoying the view on warmer days. From the naya a staircase leads down to the pool terrace. To cool off and relax, you can use the 10x5 m pool with fantastic sea views. From the pool area you walk past the outdoor shower to an upper terrace with a permanent table and benches from which you can look inland towards the mountains. There are 2 further terraces behind the property. This means that several terraces around the outside area offer sun and shade at any time of day.

The villa is located in Residencial L'Almunia, on the mountainside between the small village of Rafol d'Almunia and Residencial Monte Pego with panoramic views of the coast and inland to uncrowded mountains. The typical Spanish village of Pego and its shops (Mercadonna, Aldi, Masymas) are a 10-minute drive away. The sea is only a few kilometers (13km). The district capital Denia can also be reached in about 25 minutes Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca.
