Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful finca that leaves nothing to be desired. You can walk to the beach in just 15 minutes via a nice, quiet street. The house is on a large wooded property of 3,331 m² with lots of green space, which you enter through an electric gate. There is a second building with a former paddock on the property, it is separate from the main area and is uninhabited. Parking is available for 2 cars under a carport on site. The comfortable quiet house, suitable for up to 8 people, offers a lot of privacy. A staircase takes you to the large covered balcony on the first floor. The 107m² living area consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a spacious bright living room, kitchen and a covered terrace. A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor with 86m² of living space where there is another bedroom with a large bathroom. The old garage, accessed by the same staircase, has been transformed into a fitness and service area with laundry room, boiler, storage, etc. On the same ground floor and with access through the service area and from the outside there is an apartment composed of a very bright living room and another bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace with access to the pool and garden area. Called Las Rotas or Les Rotes, it is one of the most famous and sought-after residential areas in Denia, mainly for its nature and its proximity to the natural stone beaches, among the most famous for diving and water sports. Known as Les Rotes, this 4km stretch of rocky, unspoilt beach stretches across the southern part of the Dianense coast. Except for the first beach in this part of the port, the Marineta Cassiana, the rest is characterized by its rocky landscape and the clear water coves that make this stretch of beach an incomparable charm in the municipality. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a small supermarket. The end of Las Rotas crowned from above by the Torre del Gerro and with the Cabo de San Antonio separates Dénia from Xàbia. Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which changes into rock and stone coast at the height of the Las Rotas district. Hikers start right on the doorstep, as does the Montgo nature reserve, named after Denia's local mountain of the same name, 753 m high, a typical layered mountain that towers lonely into the sky and ends in Cabo de San Antonio.

Denia is connected to the two airports of Alicante and Valencia by the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway with a driving time of about 1 hour, as well as the N-332 national road. Ferries to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca depart from Denia. The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar. The railway line L9 of the FGH (railway company) connects Denia with Alicante. In the vicinity of the city of Denia there are Roman, Moorish and Spanish ruins as well as in the neighboring city of Javea, which is well worth seeing, the Cabo de la Nao with its lighthouse, from which you can see Ibiza on a clear day. Denia is also called the gateway to the Costa Blanca. The highest point in the city is still the castle, which rises about 60 m above the port. In Denia's promenade Marques de Campo, tapas friends will get their money's worth.
