The very well-maintained and newly air-conditioned Villa Aurora is located in a quiet and sunny location in the beautiful upscale residential area on Monte Pego near the beautiful Segaria mountains. The 1,200 m² property has a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and is completely fenced. Enjoy your privacy on the large, secluded panoramic pool terrace and the breathtaking, unobstructed view of the wonderful mountains. The detached villa has a total living space of 220 m² and is spread over 2 living levels. The main/pool level includes approx. 140 m² of living space as well as a huge, approx. 100 m² large and secluded pool terrace. In the villa's comfortable living room there is a hot/cold air-conditioned bedroom with a ceiling fan, a 180x200 cm double bed and an adjoining large bathroom with a bathtub and shower as well as two sinks.
