Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful 104 m² house on a 956 m² plot with a fantastic view of the sea. On the main living level there is the master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, air conditioning and access to a beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. There is a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, the large living room with Smart TV and fireplace and the Naja (winter garden). You can also access the balcony from the winter garden. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets. An outside staircase leads down, over the next beautiful balcony to the second bedroom (150x200cm bed) with ceiling fan and adjoining shower room. There are mosquito nets in the windows here too. No matter which window you look out of, you can see the sea everywhere, simply fantastic. There is a solar system with a storage tank for heating and hot water. The pool is 3x6m in size and has no railings, so the house is unfortunately not suitable for small children. At the pool area there is a nice, cozy seating area with a sun sail, an outdoor shower and a gas grill (BBQ).
