Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful, sunny house of approx. 140m² on a plot of approx. 715m² with lots of winter sun. You enter the house through the cozy approx. 28m² winter garden. You can expect a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with German, Spanish, French and Swiss programs, and a dining area in front of the kitchen counter. Moving on from the living room there is another room with a dining table and the kitchen which leaves nothing to be desired. There are also two hot/cold air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two 90x200cm beds, a guest toilet with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub, bidet and toilet. The private pool with a depth of 1.40 meters is equipped with Roman steps. It is operated using a special filter system with almost no chlorine and is therefore particularly gentle on the skin.
